The focus of our approach was not only to provide a work of architecture to house the school, but also to partner with educational experts to ensure that the quality of curriculum improves along with the quality of the physical environment. By creating unique settings for education to occur within a mix of interior rooms and exterior teaching areas, terraced play spaces for children, and methods of improved education, the new school will provide a service to both its students, as well as its neighborhood.
